Here's our first contribution: a Turducken that we cooked for 20 people on Saturday night. (c'e un tacchino con un pollo, un anitra, e un'aragosta, tutte senza osse. c'erano anche le chiocciole, i tartufi, e le ostriche). Suona schifosa ma c'era buonissimo! Abbiamo fato anche una torta di zenzero con le pere e crema. Yum! Guardate le foto.
Hi!! Of course we want you to participate, some international plates will help us.. or more in particular especially me..considering that I am the disaster of the group..so I am counting on your advice... I get already nervous serving drinks to only 5 people, cooking for 20 is something not even imaginable to me..
We've been taking lots of photos of food lately, so we'll keep sharing them. And don't worry, we had plenty of help with the turducken. Two of my friends actually made it, I made everything else, and JonPack kept the couch nice and warm... xo J
